ClientStack is a digital service provider based in South Africa. We offer:
Professional Logo Design
Social Media Management (Facebook & Instagram)
Facebook Ads Management
These services are available to individuals and businesses through our website and WhatsApp/online communication.
Logos are delivered in digital format (PNG, JPEG, and optional vector PDF upon request).
Includes content creation and scheduling of posts for Facebook and Instagram.
Monthly packages renew automatically unless cancelled.
We may require access to your social media accounts or admin roles for posting.
We manage campaigns based on the client's goals and budget.
R500/month covers our management fee. Ad spend (typically R500 or more) is paid directly by the client.
We do not guarantee specific results (e.g. sales, leads) but we optimize based on best practices.
All services must be paid in full upfront before any work begins.
Payments are accepted via approved payment methods (e.g. EFT, PayFast, etc.).
All payments made to ClientStack are non-refundable, regardless of project status, client satisfaction, or campaign results.
We take great care in providing professional service and clear communication upfront. If you're unsure about anything, please contact us before making payment.
You agree to:
Provide accurate information and feedback when requested.
Respond in a timely manner to avoid project delays.
Grant any required access (e.g. Facebook Page permissions, Instagram login, ad accounts) where applicable.
Failure to cooperate may delay delivery or affect service quality.
Final logo designs and social media content belong to the client once full payment is received.
Drafts, concepts, and unused versions remain the property of ClientStack.
You may not resell or modify our work without permission.
ClientStack is not liable for:
Platform downtime (e.g. Facebook outages).
Ads or content disapproved by social platforms.
Client’s failure to respond or implement recommended changes.
Any business losses or missed opportunities.
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel projects, or terminate access to services at our discretion, especially if there is abuse, fraud, or non-cooperation.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
